Ein integratives Modell psychoanalytischer Ausbildung

Zusammenfassung:

Der Autor plädiert für eine erfahrungsnähere Vermittlung psychoanalytisch-klinischer Arbeit als bisher an den psychoanalytisch orientierten Instituten üblich. Eine Besinnung auf die Essentials der psychoanalytischen Methode erlaubt eine stärker an szenisches Verstehen und Inszenierungen ausgerichtete Vorgehensweise. Umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit dem Modell der Fokalkonferenz führen zur Empfehlung, solche Fokalwerkstätten als klinisches Element von Beginn an in die psychoanalytische und psychotherapeutische Ausbildung zu integrieren.

Summary:

An integrative model for psychoanalytic training. – In teaching the author advocates greater emphasis on experience-oriented clinical psychoanalytic work than has customarily been the case in institutes of a psychoanalytic persuasion. Due consideration for the essentials of the psychoanalytic method suggests a training approach geared more strongly to scenic understanding and enactments. Extensive experience with the focal conference model prompts the author to recommend the integration of such focal conferences from the outset as a clinical element into psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic training.Keywords: psychoanalytic method; scenic understanding; training reform; ongoing clinical seminars

Résumé:

Un modèle intégratif de la formation psychanalytique. – L´auteur plaide en faveur d´un enseignement du travail psychanalytique clinique plus axé sur l´expérience que ce n´est le cas actuellement dans les instituts d´orientation psychanalytique. Le fait de se souvenir des fondamentaux de la méthode psychanalytique autorise une un mode de procéder davantage orienté sur la compréhension scénique et les mises en scènes. Les vastes expériences avec le modèle de la thérapie focale conduisent l´auteur à préconiser d´intégrer dès le début de tels ateliers focaux à titre d´élément dans la formation psychanalytique et psychothérapeutique.
