Glanz und Elend der Sprache . Sprechen oder gesprochen werden?

Zusammenfassung:

Untersucht wird der konstituierende Effekt der Sprache auf die Entstehung des Subjektes. Ausgehend von der Unterscheidung zwischen Sprache/langage und Sprechen/parole wird gezeigt, wie das Kind in die ihm vorexistierende Sprache hineingeboren wird und wie es diese übernehmen muss. Was in der Entwicklung gelernt wird, ist das Sprechen. Die durch die Sprache übertragenen Signifikanten bewirken eine Entfremdung/aliénation, von der das Subjekt durch Trennung/séparation Abstand gewinnen kann.

Language: Splendour and Misery. Speak or be spoken?
The author discusses the constitutive effect of language on the origination of the subject. Proceeding from the difference between language (langage) and speech (parole), the author indicates how the child is born into the language pre-existing it and has no choice but to adopt it. Speech is what is learned in development. The signifiants transported by the language effect an alienation from which the subject can distance itself via separation.

L’article examine le rôle déterminant du langage dans la constitution du sujet. Partant de la distinction entre langage et parole, l’étude montre comment l’enfant est mis au monde dans le langage qui lui préexiste et comment il doit l’adopter. Ce qu’il apprend au cours de son développement c’est la parole. Les signifiants véhiculés par le langage entraînent une aliénation dont le sujet peut se distancier par la séparation.
